Every plan runs the core agent stack; Executive Intelligence runs only where the add-on is switched on, and Candidate Research is not yet available. Billing questions
Is there a free trial?
No. Access is granted by approval, not by credit card. Request access and we will walk a live mandate through with you before anything is charged.
Are agent runs metered?
Not per customer. You are not billed per run, so a mandate that needs four recalibrations costs the same as one that needs none — we would rather you correct a wrong bar than live with it. The platform does keep an overall safeguard on AI spend; if a search ever needs unusual volume, we will talk to you about it rather than bill it.
What happens if we cancel?
Access is removed. Nothing in the product deletes your records when you leave, and we will export them for you on request. How long records are kept is set in your agreement.
Can we be billed annually?
There is no self-serve billing yet, monthly or annual. During the pilot, terms and invoicing — including the billing period — are agreed directly with each firm, so tell us what your procurement needs and we will work to it.
